1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and RM1131 ("rm1131", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rm1131 website located at rm1131.cam and all associated services, features, products, and gaming content available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

rm1131 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers online casino games including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, and other gaming products.

By creating a user account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by rm1131, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Users who access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions do so at their own risk.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on rm1131. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds. This policy applies to Accounts registered from the same household, IP address, or device.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other gambling restriction that would prevent you from lawfully participating in online gaming activities at the time of registration.

4. Account Registration

Registration on rm1131 is free of charge. To create an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. rm1131 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided at any time. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rm1131 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify rm1131 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of or access to your Account.

4.3 Account Verification

rm1131 may require Account verification at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within three months), and a selfie holding your identification document. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rm1131 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your jurisdiction:

• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant bank transfers: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB (BEP-20)

rm1131 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rm1131 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made via e-wallets and DuitNow are typically credited instantly; bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the Platform's withdrawal policies in force at the time. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified. KYC-verified Accounts enjoy the fastest withdrawal processing times, typically within three (3) minutes for e-wallet and bank transfer methods.

rm1131 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.

5.4 Currency

The primary transaction currency on the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. rm1131 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

rm1131 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which may include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Welcome Bonuses

New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific welcome bonus terms in force at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and may not be combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements may vary; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

rm1131 has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or mathematically advantaged betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk; colluding with other players; or any other conduct that rm1131 reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to exploit the bonus system. rm1131 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings in such cases.

6.4 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

Users who deposit using supported cryptocurrencies may be eligible for an additional 2% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of RM688, subject to the specific terms of that promotion. Cryptocurrency bonus terms including wagering requirements and eligible games apply.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting products on the rm1131 Platform are governed by individual Game Rules displayed within each game interface or product page. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules before placing wagers.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game, per round, and per day, as displayed within each game or product. rm1131 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without notice.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by rm1131. rm1131 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed using erroneous odds, or bets that rm1131 has reason to believe were placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting products including coverage of the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events, the result of a wager is determined by the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. rm1131's decision on the settlement of sporting bets is final, subject to the applicable sport-specific rules.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, rm1131 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the stake to the User. rm1131 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical malfunctions that are beyond our reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rm1131 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by rm1131;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system for personal gain;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of bonus abuse as defined in Section 6.3;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' Accounts or the Platform's systems;
• Conducting matched betting or arbitrage betting activities using rm1131 promotional offers;
• Using the Platform in a way that causes or is likely to cause harm, distress, or inconvenience to other Users or to rm1131.

9. KYC & Verification

rm1131 is required by its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all users. By using the Platform, you consent to rm1131 collecting, processing, and verifying your personal and financial information for these purposes.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a clear selfie holding your identity document. Copies of payment cards or e-wallet screenshots may also be required in certain circumstances.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by rm1131 may result in restrictions being placed on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. rm1131 will handle all KYC documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the rm1131 Platform, including but not limited to the RM1131 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and proprietary technology (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to rm1131 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of rm1131.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rm1131 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided thereon, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity;
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or data loss;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.

rm1131's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by rm1131's wilful misconduct.

13. Termination & Suspension

rm1131 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any ancillary policy;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Age verification failure or evidence that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Multi-accounting or any form of collusion or cheating;
• Regulatory direction or order from a competent authority.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Account closure will be subject to the completion of any outstanding transactions and the satisfaction of all applicable verification requirements.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deducting applicable fees or withholdings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rm1131 holds its operating licence.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by rm1131's licensing jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and that Malaysian law may not be the governing law for resolving disputes.

15. Amendments

rm1131 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this page. Where the changes are material, rm1131 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may be given by email to the address registered on your Account or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
